Round by round
A round scores 100 for a guess within a small margin of the truth and falls in a straight line to 0 for a wild one; the day is the average of the five. The pictures are the game — these are the figures behind them.
- Degrees. How many degrees is this angle? The angle drawn was 52°, 38° short of a right angle.
- Mix. What percent of the dots are purple? 73 of the 130 dots were purple and 57 were not: 56%.
- Path. The squiggle is how many bars long? The squiggle bends 3 times. End to end in a straight line it spans 3.2 bars; along the curve it is 8.5.
- Mark. Mark 2/3 of the way along the line, starting from the dot. 2/3 is 67% of the way along the line from the dot.
- Meet. If these two lines carried on, where would they meet? The lines meet at 39°, after carrying on 1.0 and 0.9 times their drawn lengths.
