Blink #20: what changed — the solution

The Blink scenes from October 5, 2026: 10 of them, 5 to 18 shapes, one shape changed in each — 4 jumps, 3 turns, 2 size changes and 1 color change. Every change below, with the scene before and after.

The puzzle

Each scene shows for a moment, fades out and comes back with one shape changed: a new color, a new size, a jump to an empty spot, or a turn far enough past its own symmetry to be seen (circles and rings never turn). The player taps the shape that changed, where it is or where it was; a find is worth more the sooner it comes.

The 10 changes

The changed shape is ringed in green, in both frames.

Scene 1: 5 shapes

The purple diamond on the left jumped to a new spot, still on the left.

Scene 2: 6 shapes

The blue square at the bottom right turned purple.

Scene 3: 8 shapes

The orange star in the middle turned 36° clockwise.

Scene 4: 9 shapes

The purple triangle in the middle jumped to the left.

Scene 5: 11 shapes

The teal circle at the bottom left jumped to the right.

Scene 6: 12 shapes

The blue diamond in the middle shrank by 36%.

Scene 7: 14 shapes

The orange diamond at the top right turned 45° counterclockwise.

Scene 8: 15 shapes

The red star at the bottom left turned 36° counterclockwise.

Scene 9: 17 shapes

The red ring in the middle shrank by 40%.

Scene 10: 18 shapes

The orange triangle at the top jumped to the left.
